Midnight In Paris

What do you do when the world you were so comfortable and accustomed to living changes, and the only reason it ceases to affect you is because there are other things that are keeping you occupied and helping you keep your mind of it. Personally speaking, there are millions of things happening around me for which I have no control over- but is up to me to decide how I want to go about these things. I can either pause, cry and let my situations envelope my life or I can go about things in a positive way in order to keep myself active and pushing forward.

My avid followers will notice a change in my blog posts. Perhaps my writing style has become a lot more philosophical to say the least. But the truth is I have become to busy and preoccupied with life to think about the other things happening around me. For example I love dressing up, in either heels or fashionable pieces of clothing, but due to my long commuting times to and from NIFT (3 hours every day) it becomes quite impossible to do so. Nevertheless I stick to my mantra and still try looking the best I can. Even tights and tops have a way of being paired up that`ll make the person wearing it look good.

This brings me to my outfit post. I wore simple black leggings and paired it up with a midnight blue top which had gold bow accents in the front. The look is very simple so I had to add a little bling! Gold is one of those colours that bring life to a dull outfit. I teamed it up with gold sequined flats and a long necklace with subtle black earrings and a bracelet.  As for the accessories the navy blue bag brought the entire look together.
